Staging Consultation

The purpose of this meeting is to prepare your house for a quick sale at the best possible price. We meet with the seller and/or realtor to view the interior and exterior of your property and determine what changes are needed. For some the staging consultation is all that is needed, while others may prefer a turnkey solution utilizing our other staging services.

Home Staging Services

We will return to your home to stage the main living areas, or the entire home depending on your needs. Arranging Places will rearrange and simplify rooms so that your home appears spacious, bright and inviting and appeals to a broad range of prospective buyers. We will place furniture, artwork and accessories to highlight your home’s best features and architectural details. We leave your home “tour ready” so that buyers will see it at its absolute best!
